Austrian start-up Nu Magic® Water nominated for German Food Innovation Newcomer Award

On 13 June 2022, the time has come: the "Dein Newcomer 2022" award will be presented at the Food Innovation Camp in Hamburg. Among the best eight finalists out of 51 new and sustainable products is the Austrian start-up Nu Magic® Water with its functional drinks, packaged in 100% sustainable stick packs. Highlight: The recipe of the lifestyle drink powder completely avoids unnecessary fillers, refined sugar and chemicals. Instead, high-quality micronutrients from the market leader BIOGENA and the top-secret sugar replacement formula from the Viennese food scale-up NEOH are used.

Hamburg is the venue for the Food Innovation Camp on 13 June 2022. The industry meeting of the sustainable food scene offers a full programme with a large expo, numerous pitches, panel discussions and workshops as well as the presentation of the Newcomer 2022 Award.


Salzburg-based beverage start-up nominated for German Newcomer Award

The start-up Nu Magic® Water, based in Salzburg, is entering the Food Innovation Camp in Hamburg with its five "fancy functional drinks": Good Vibes Only, In Tune with Immune, No Pinky but Brain, Shine like Oscar and Very happy Buddha are the nominees for the "Dein Newcomer 2022" Award. They have been available online at www.numagicwater.com since May 2022 and will soon be available in around 1,500 branches in Austrian food retailers and drugstores. The colourful range, from deep purple to bright orange, is just as colourful as the contents. But they all have one thing in common: no chemicals and no refined sugar.
